Stena Fastigheter is currently building sustainable apartments in Högsbo. In addition, a new grocery store, preschool, retirement home, restaurants and meeting places. The first stage apartments will be ready in 2021. NIBE AirSite has delivered the first AHU and has now received an additional order containing two ventilation units for the grocery store and gym.
