BoxMaster and SkyMaster is delivered with an integrated control system – BoxManager.
Control system:
The unit is intended for continuous operation.
Alt. Pressure regulation:
The regulator in BoxManager attempts to maintain constant pressure at F.BP1 via adjusting the RPMs at F.GQ1. Exterior compensation of the pressure is possible.
Alt. Flow regulation:
The regulator in BoxManager attempts to maintain constant flow at F.BP1 via adjusting the RPMs at F.GQ1. Exterior compensation of the flow is possible.
Fire:
If the temperature at F.BT1 exceeds the configured value (45°C is the default) or if the input signal Fire is received, the fan speed is increased to max. If the fire damper F.QM1 is connected up, it will open simultaneously.
If F.BT1 is not functioning, the control system will interpret this as a fire and the same measures will be undertaken.
The damper F.QM1 must be dimensioned such that the correct pressure is maintained during a fire.
The possibility for connecting up smoke detectors, extra temperature sensors and extra dampers exists in the control system!
